*Brown Bean Sauce Dip
INGREDIENTS
½ cup brown bean sauce
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
3 chili peppers
2 tablespoons ground pork
1 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon nampla (fish sauce)
spring onions, cucumber, cabbage.

METHOD
Heat the coconut milk and bring to the boil, add brown bean sauce, chopped red onion, and stir well.
Stir in ground pork.
Add sugar, nampla and chili pepper.
Simmer for 5 minutes, and spoon into a bowl.
Serve with spring onions, cucumber and cabbage.
