*Cabbage Salad
INGREDIENTS
1 cup finely chopped cabbage
2 cherry tomatoes (cut in fourths)
½ cup finely grated carrots
1 teaspoon lime peel
1 tablespoon pounded dry shrimp
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoon lime juice
2-3 hot chili peppers pounded

METHOD
Mix all chopped vegetables together Season with garlic salt, lime peel, and sugar to taste.
Top with pounded chili and pounded dry shrimp.
Serve with roasted chicken .
