*Sweet Pork ( Moo Wan )
INGREDIENTS
1 cup pork cut into small pieces
¼ cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
2 tablespoons nampla (fish sauce)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon flour

METHOD
In fry pan brown the flour; add pork, onion and stir well.
Cook until the pork is done.
Season with sugar, brown sugar, nampla and stir-fry until the gravy is thick Spoon into a serving dish.
Serve with rice,Boat Trip Chili Shrimp Paste Salad. (can be cooked ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator)
